Here is a list of tools we can not accept back if they have been used or arrive damaged. For a refund these tools must be return not used. In brand new condition with all their manufacturers packaging intact. That way we can re-sell them as new. If the tool arrives damaged we can help you get it to a service center for repair.
These tools are still covered under their Milwaukees warranty. And if something happens in the first 30 days we can help you get them to a service center. But can not be sent back to us for a replacement or refund if they have been used or arrive damaged.
